i) Financial accounts of the Board shall be maintained with the help of computerised integrated Management Information System (MIS).
ii) MIS reports shall be generated on accounting and financial issues of the Board to measure its performance in a more meaningful and transparent manner and provide statistical data to serve as critical input for decision making.
iii) MIS reports prepared in the Board on accounting and financial issues shall include Key reports like Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure, Cash Flow Statements, unit/wing-wise collection summaries, water supply cost sheet, financial ratio analysis etc. and other financial statements as may be prescribed in the Manual.
